Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - Richmond

We had our wedding celebration planned at Firebirds, but unfortunately, the reservations were accidentally made at the wrong location, causing all our guests to show up at the Short Pump location. I was in a state of panic! However, the staff there were incredibly kind and helpful. They quickly arranged tables to seat everyone and accommodated all of our guests at the last minute. It was truly amazing! The food and service were outstanding! I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, and I will definitely be returning for other occasions! Our waiter, Bradley, was exceptional! Thank you for everything! It’s a fantastic place!

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. The service was excellent as well. Despite a minor mix-up, they truly made our day special, and we can't thank them enough for their wonderful hospitality. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions or simply for a fantastic meal.

The ambiance is warm and inviting, creating a perfect intimate setting. The food is incredibly fresh! The green beans tasted as if they were just harvested from the garden and cooked right away. The wine was delightfully refreshing, and each dish was simply divine. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a special experience with a loved one.

Food service and drinks were excellent five star everything I would recommend this place to anyone

Went there for date night, had gift cards to use, everything was excellent from us getting seated to paying the bill... server was great on anticipated drink refills, blt salad was great, onion rings were good, steak and salmon entrees great, best key lime pie I've had in a while...overall was a great experience, will definitely go back
