Fazoli's - Richmond

I had the Angus Beef Macaroni and Cheese and Pepperoni Pizza Bread Sticks. It tasted great. UPDATE:. August 5, 2022-I ordered the new Philly Cheese steak Ravioli, Cheese Pizza slice, Bread sticks, and Diet Coke. The ravioli was good. I also ordered theCinnamon Roll Cheesecake. It was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture of it. Shame on me!

Typically, my experiences here are better, but during my recent visit, the staff member we encountered had a poor attitude. We arrived 30 minutes before closing, but they mixed up our order and couldn't provide the sauce because it had already been placed in the freezer. The manager was kind and did his best to mediate between the two upset customers, but it was still a disappointing experience.

I walked in and began placing my order, but the staff member taking my order clearly wasn't paying attention. I was quite frustrated, especially since she even messed up my order. If you visit this restaurant, make sure the person taking your order is actually listening.

The staff was excellent, but it would be great if you could address the potholes in your parking lot.

The staff was very accommodating and supportive. They truly went the extra mile.
