Dunkin' - Richmond

This restaurant provides excellent and friendly service that is hard to find elsewhere. I visited shortly after they opened and was greeted warmly at the drive-thru with my service dog. I parked and enjoyed a delicious breakfast with coffee and water. I appreciated the clean atmosphere and enjoyed playing scrabble during my visit. The egg bacon cheese croissant was mouth-watering, and I would have ordered two if I could. I want to thank the staff for their great service. I traveled from North Carolina and was impressed by the hospitality and friendliness. I stayed for about an hour and noticed a female employee (who arrived after I did) spending most of her time chatting outside with a group of people. Overall, a wonderful dining experience.

The customer service was excellent! Both of the employees I spoke with were very polite and pleasant. However, my breakfast sandwich was frozen in the middle, my coconut milk freshener was too sweet, and the hash browns were undercooked. I only stayed because I had a gift card, so I probably won't be returning. Despite these issues, the staff was still wonderful.

I initially ordered 50 Grafen-Munchkins, but only received 47. I called the store and spoke with an employee who said they could remake the order with 50 munchkins, but the flavors may be different due to the delivery issue. We thanked them and returned to the store on Patterson Avenue. The employee then informed us that she had spoken to the manager and now offered either the three missing donuts or a discount on the order. This was not what was agreed upon during the phone call, and it was inconvenient to make the extra trip to the store.

I come here on my lunch break sometimes causally that it was so close to, but today was unpleasant and bizarre experience, I gave the cash the money at the window, but he repeated me the total price, so I told him how much I gave him, he only repeated me the price, but stared at me, then he continued to ask me if I was okay if I was okay? did he want a reaction or something? I was speechless as if I had dreamed? I don't know if he messed with me or if there was a misunderstanding. it was as surreal as if you had to be there yourself.

The worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to, time and time again they lack basic customer service, super slow, the inside is closed 95% of the time. Drive the extra five minutes to the Dunkin on Ridgefield or Lauderdale, it’ll be worth it I promise…
