Chopt Creative Salad Co. - Richmond

I hadn't visited this place since the pandemic since I don't live in the area, but I decided it was time to stop by. We were warmly welcomed and served by an outstanding team. Gracie was truly exceptional; she had a smile on her face the whole time and engaged us with delightful conversation. Her charm is a big reason I would come back to this location! Thank you for making our evening special, Gracie!

My weekly go to spot for the past year! Chopt Creative Salad Co. located in Willow Lawn is hands down the best Chop I have ventured into. The team is always patient and polite. I personally keep returning because of their well prepped food and customer service, especially Sheaon (I hope I spelt her name right). She always greets her guests as friends and is very caring/ patient with modified orders. Highly recommend this establishment. Please note: these employee's are human and sometimes there are mistakes. If you do have a mistake while in the restaurant they are happy to remake.

I really enjoy this salad place. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciated the free delivery service. However, my only issue is that it can depend on who helps you; sometimes, you may lose some of your favorite ingredients if they get stuck on the chopping blade. Some employees will put those ingredients back in your salad, while others simply wipe them off with a paper towel and toss them away. I’ve noticed that when I order avocado, a lot of it tends to stick to the blade.

The staff were lively and extremely helpful. The food was fantastic! The atmosphere was cheerful, vibrant, and clean. It was my first visit, and I absolutely loved it!

The crispy chicken salad was tasty, but I think the way it’s marketed is somewhat misleading. It seems like you’re getting a generous portion of chicken, but in reality, it’s quite small and barely noticeable in the dish. I wouldn't be as disappointed if the pictures of the meal on their website weren't so deceptive.
