Chipotle Mexican Grill - Richmond

4 stars, because one of the workers has put a good amount of blows and food in the bowl, and the other did not and the worker who did not make many blows into the bowl made mine.

I just wanted to work with my food. 8 chips in the bag and they forgot the bowl of queso I ordered, but they accused themselves. Watch 3 employees on break with their friends, 1 employees run the whole line with no help and no local winners running the outrageous business. Second experience like this in the last two weeks. I tried to call the store for half an hour and no one will pick up.

Not sure whether the girl that prepared my bowl was new or simply did not watch, but she filled barley the bowl and added salad to it when I did not ask. When I told her that I did not ask for salad, she opened the bowl again, hand took everything off, then with Guac on her hands again and gave it back to me:

I thought the Willow lawn chipotle held the award for the worst in Richmond, but she? This place breeds inability like nothing I've ever seen. Impressively pathetic.

If you're out of corn, fajitas and queso 2hrs before your posted closing hours you may want to plan better or stop giving out extra servings so others can get at least one serving. Why would you give people extra corn knowing you're going to run out?????
