Pretty good! I came here in a very busy night. there was an event that took more than half of the restaurant and all the others were full, but the waiting staff could still be very attentive. eating was also top-notch quality and I was pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of several very interesting and unexpected pairings of food. loved the creativity of the aromes as well as the presentation. the prices are high, but eating is worth it! I'd like to come back and probably someday.
What happened to this place or just one night? I don't know, but certainly not up to the quality for which they were known and I hear that the cook is gone, what I guess makes this lack of delicious specialties. Inspired and salted.
My man and I sung on Saturday evening in bistro 27. we were in the marriott and they suggested we eat there. we came 5 minutes before they were closed. don our server was very accommodating. he made us welcome. we had the paprikasalat who was very good. for dinner we really enjoyed the chicken cordbleu. we forgot to say that we didn't eat rice, so we asked for more vegetables to replace the rice. even if they were closed, the staff has accommodated us. great food and service. next time we're back in town, we'll be back.
A true gem!. Every year I go to a conference in Richmond and every year I make sure to have my lunch at Bistro 27! The food is excellent. The service is outstanding. It feels like coming home every year. Do not miss their chocolate hazelnut dessert to die for!!
