Wendy's - Richmond

When they're here, they'll check their order before they leave. twice my order was good and twice it was gone. Last time I left, I asked for extra pickles. she even said, Junior Bacon-Cheddar-Burger with extra pickles when she handed over the bag to me. as you can see from the photo, hidden under the tomate 1 piece of pickel. there is also the smallest piece of salat I have ever seen in a burger. despite the often long waiting in the line when I am back, I don't go until my food is checked

This review is specifically for their manager Babita. You need to learn how to respect people and stop treating everyone like ****. You were so rude and wasted my 3 hours by ignoring. This is what we expect from Wendy's the poorest hospitality experience with their guests. Never visit this location and Never work for a company like this . Get rid of people like babita then only Wendy's can successfully serve guests with respect. You also abused and embarrassed, humiliated me publicly. I hope she gets fired and replaced by a deserving and qualified manager. Her ego, mentality and anger is not good for guests. This was the worst experience in my life . Stay away from this location go McDonald's instead. Don't go to Wendy's don't go to Wendy's don't go to Wendy's. Poorest place with abusive managers like babita. I will sue this company

Service is slow but friendly. The orders are usually correct though. The dinning area is clean and well maintained.

Well below regular service levels. I have been to this location on several occasions both dine in and take out, however today I dined in.Waited 10min for a baconator combo. Four customers behind me ended up getting their order before me. Order was filled when they noticed I was the only one standing there.

2 long black hairs in my ceasar salad. Debit machine is always down even if you wait in a 10 minute lineup. (Put up a sign!!! avoid avoid do not waste your money!
