Top Gun J C - Richmond

I visited this restaurant with my family for dim sum, and there were nine of us, including two babies. We ordered a variety of dishes, totaling over ten. It was my first time there, and I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend exploring their other affiliated restaurants as well, as each one specializes in different styles of cuisine.

The family decided to have dinner at Top Gun J C restaurant, located on McKim Way off Garden City Road. We wanted to try something new since we usually stick to our go-to favorites. This time, we were motivated to visit Top Gun because it was voted Diner’s Choice Best Cantonese Restaurant in the annual Chinese Restaurant Awards.

This is arguably the best dim sum in all of Richmond. The food quality is excellent—not too oily or salty, and the texture is just right. The service here is also noteworthy; it's polite and genuinely caring, which is a pleasant surprise for a Cantonese restaurant. The only downside is the limited parking availability.

Top gun upstairs on the 2nd level is decent for dim sum. and i luv how they serve salmon sashimi during dim sum hours....like, the only place in the lower mainland that does this.

Great Dim Sum. A very popular place for dim sum; reservations advised. Good, tasty food, always served nice and hot. The price is OK, but if you have their Gold card, you could get a feasible part of your bill discounted (time sensitive see their website). I always come here for dim sum.
