Starbucks - Richmond

Staff dont seem to understand that a splash of cream in a shorr cup should be muxh less than for example, a clgrande cup. My short sized coffee with a splash of cream was pretty much white. I wish starbucks was more consistent with the cream amount or allow ua to pour our own.

After a long night of bugging the WHOs I go here for coffee and to get hot chocolate for Cindy Lou WhoSo she can go-to bed. The coffee is great. staff is nice

This wonderful Starbucks is close enough to the bay to smell the sea air from the patio. Standard great Starbucks service and drinks.

Horrible service. We ordered a frapp for someone's birthday. We watched multiple people get their order. When we asked about our order, the barista just said we had to wait and there were a lot of orders. Almost 20mins later, we inquired again and were told to just wait. They never told us how much longer or how many more orders until ours. Horrible customer service. They need to retrain their staff. I understand you are busy, but better communication is needed.

Jot went above and beyond. I accidentally ordered in Station Square location which is 30 kms away and she told me that she definitely can make my drink! Thank you!
