Shanghai Lo Ching Hing - Richmond

This restaurant used to be excellent, but the quality has declined significantly in the past few years.

My colleagues didn't enjoy their meals, but I personally thought mine was good. I had a fillet with vegetables wrapped in pastry, which was well-presented and not overly dry.

I recently visited this restaurant in Lille and really enjoyed the food, except for the main course. The bread was fantastic!
