Origo Club - Richmond

I really enjoy taking part in their various themed dining events. The recent collaboration with Dalmore whisky was a standout, showing a perfect balance between the whisky and the food pairings.

I’m thrilled that Origo Club has chosen to reopen with a pop-up café! On my first visit, I was blown away by the incredible vibe. The pastries are beautifully crafted, delicious, and perfectly crisp. The staff is also very friendly. I really hope this place stays open for a long time!

Origo is currently open weekends from 9-3. The ube croissant was delicious! Definitely worth stopping by.

The food was quite good, and the service was satisfactory. We opted for the fixed-price menu. I particularly enjoyed the duck foie gras, although I must admit it was my first time trying it. The steak was incredibly tender, and the panna cotta desserts were outstanding. The atmosphere was unique, resembling a dining experience in an art gallery—though it felt a bit chilly and unusual, I didn't mind it at all. I would definitely return to sample other dishes from the menu. A minor issue was that the front entrance was not clearly marked as a door, and parking wasn't very obvious either. I actually walked past the entrance a few times in the snow before the greeter opened the window/door for me.
