Oj's Richmond

We had the most amazing experience at WINGS last night! It was our first time visiting, and as newcomers to Richmond, we were absolutely blown away! We both ordered the hat trick, which was a fantastic value. The spicy BBQ wings were the best I've ever had—I nearly wanted to eat my fingers afterward! We also indulged in the skillet cookie, which was simply to die for, along with some Bellinis. Honestly, this was one of the best meals I've had in lower BC, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. Our server treated us like family—she was incredibly attentive, made excellent food recommendations, and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was truly the best service I've ever experienced, and the management is lucky to have her on their team! Unfortunately, we didn't catch her name, but we came in on Friday night around 9 PM, just two of us. I hope this message gets to her! We can’t wait to come back!

My son absolutely loves this restaurant; it's our go-to spot for lunch every Sunday. The service and food are fantastic. They frequently update the menu and have a wide variety of drink options. It's a great place for happy hour and family gatherings too!

Overall, I would rate this restaurant one star. The food was decent, though it was somewhat cold. While the atmosphere was pleasant, the service was unfortunately terrible. It felt like we were forgotten; no one came to check on us to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. When I needed a drink refill, I had to get up and approach the lady at the front door to ask for one. There were two of us dining, and we were given only one napkin. I typically choose this location because it’s the better of the two nearby, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning. I believe there are other restaurants that would appreciate my business much more.

My girlfiend and I decided to go to Wings for their Wings Wednesday special. We called ahead and made a reservation.We ordered quickly and got our drinks, but we waited 50 minutes for our food to arrive. People who sat down 20 minutes after us got their food before us. Turns out they forgot our order and the kitchen had to rush it.We ordered Honey Hot, Thai Chili and Lime, Louisiana Sweet, Parm and Herb, and Korean Sticky Sesame wings. Our favourite was the Honey Hot flavour. We would like to note that some of the wings were really small and barely had any meat on them. The last wing that we had also had a piece of hair fried into it.We also ordered dessert: the churros and the new peanut butter cake. We really enjoyed them. The peanut butter cake was not too sweet and the churros were fresh and crispy. However, we did find some pieces of tex-mex cheese on our peanut butter cake plate.The best part of our night was our server Mary and the wait staff. They checked in on us a lot, re-filled our drinks and handled our complaints professionally.

We had Marry as a server tonight and all I have to say is wow she went above and beyond she customized my drinks for me. She gave us extra seasoning. She gave us extra syrup for a drink all with a smile on her face manager checked on us twice just to make sure that everything was going well. Environment is clean. The bathroom is clean Lovett coming back for sure.
