Mcdonald's - Richmond

This McDonald's in Richmond is poorly managed. Whenever I order online, it's always a mess. The food is consistently lukewarm and seems old. If you're craving McDonald's, I suggest going somewhere else.

As the first McDonald outside the USA, this location in Richmond is certainly a historical website! After its renovation in 2017, this McD serves the community for over 50 years!! Food is always fresh and service fast, I usually come here for... the ride thru on my way to the office, staff here usually remember what I order and put the right number of cream in my order!

Today it had a guy with Mcd uniform wearing a tablet in the dining room. I guess he should take surveys with customers about their culinary experience. He stood or walked around without a long time. Later, one of the... Mcd. Staff introduced him to his family to take over the survey. Shouldn't it be for friend and family to get a fair survey result?

I had a quick stop at this restaurant while in a rush. I was told to wait in stall 1 for my salad, but it was not ready. After waiting for 10 minutes, I had to tap on the window to inquire about my order. Meanwhile, a car in stall 2 had already left with a large order. I demanded a refund and eventually received my mc chicken meal, but the service was far from satisfactory. I will not be returning. Who rushes for dinner for a Caesar salad anyway? They ended up giving me a garden salad that took forever to make. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Food gave me awful aches bad constipstion Terrible service very rude . Only one cashier very understaffed. They take forever. Go to another place instead. Huge ripoff
