I want to share my disappointment with my recent visit to the restaurant. When I ordered a Vietnamese sandwich for takeout, they charged me for a bag, which I found to be unreasonable. They asked for CAD 2.50 for a small paper and plastic bag that is much less sturdy than what you would normally find at a grocery store. As a result, I've decided not to return to a place I've supported for many years. Perhaps they think they can afford to lose customers like me, but I feel like they are taking advantage of people. I can only hope they face the consequences of their actions—only time will tell.

I ordered the house pho, spring rolls, and lemongrass chicken with rice via Uber Eats, but unfortunately, everything was quite bland. The pho was missing herbs and toppings, and the beef had an unpleasant taste with a sour hint. The spring rolls arrived without fish sauce and were also lacking flavor; the wrapper was stale. The lemongrass chicken was for my boyfriend, but I haven't heard anything good about it so far, so I don't have high expectations. Although the prices are reasonable, I'm really disappointed with this order and won't be ordering from this place again.

I ordered the Lemongrass Curry Fried Chicken rice and an iced coffee, and both were incredibly delicious and reasonably priced. I also noticed some other dishes that looked tempting, so we will definitely come back. The customer service was excellent as well!

The food was awful, and I definitely won’t be returning! I ended up getting food poisoning.

I ordered beef noodles and was disappointed to find only three small pieces of beef. There was no beef broth, basil leaves, or lemon provided either.
