After having gone through a set of rando English names, The Jade is probably the most accurate for what I've always known as 玉庭軒 (Yook Ting Heen).
Based on the food I sampled at dim sum service, this would be a solid 4 stars in California, but I hold Richmond/Vancouver dim sum to higher standards.
