If you request it, they can make it! They only offer nigiri fish sushi, so make sure to ask for gluten-free rice. They provide tamari soy sauce as well. For appetizers, they also serve oysters and edamame.

This was the first Japanese sushi restaurant we tried after moving here in November, and after seven months and many other sushi spots, we feel ready to share our thoughts on Ebisu in Richmond. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is knowledgeable about the menu, always willing to ask management if they need clarification. The food is served hot and is absolutely delicious; the oysters on the half shell are fresh, and the sauce is incredible. We ordered the 'Royals Sushi Boat' for two, and it was perfectly prepared. Don't miss the miso soup, and the salad with miso dressing is unforgettable. Please keep everything just as it is! You all are doing a fantastic job! This has truly become our favorite sushi spot in Vancouver, and we look forward to many more visits. Thank you for the wonderful service, John and Wendy Mitravich.
