A&w Canada - Richmond

It's way too expensive to justify the price of fast food these days. A&W does make decent food but in today's economy it's too pricy.

Didnt know the mozza burger came without bacon or MOZZA…lolwent to this location and i wanted to pay w two different cards so i asked if i could pay a certain amount on one card and the girl goes “uhmmm no..pay in full”. okay like i get it maybe its too much but okmy main problem was how slow the food comes out just to be incomplete. why is there no mozzarella on a burger that literally has mozza in the name? came home so sad i just wanted cheesesuper random note: i added my own cheese lolanother note: im just angry bc ion wna have to pay a lot for a meal that is incomplete okay pls undastand

Did a take out and it was a bad experience. It's slow, it took 10+min to get food delivered while we were asked to wait in a parked area. It's 7:30pm with 2-3 customers, not a big line up.When the food is delivered, it had a missing item. Need to walk in to get it back with no apology at all.Not recommend for take out.

It's standard for A&W. But please look into your out-sourced products. My son had serious allergic reaction to the mini energy bar that claimed to be nut free. It came with the kids meal?

Somehow I hoped that an A&W in Canada would be decent. I don't know what to say. My burger was edible, on par with the worst of fast food burgers but more expensive. Clearly a precooked and reheated patty. It wasn't busy, why are you reheating pre-cooked patties? The fries were not bad.On top of that the famous A&W root beer was diluted.I don't know if this is the new normal for A&W or just at this location, but based on my experience, why would I pay to try them again?
