Wendy's - Richm

Firstly I wanna say the customer service through drive thru was amazing, nothing about the interaction with the workers was wrong, I ordered a sweet tea and it was really unsweetened and the worker was nice enough to give me another drink, the thing I’m disappointed about is the fries, which were cold and not fresh and I ordered baconator fries and when I got home I noticed that it was just shredded cheese (non melted) and bacon on top. If I wanted fries like this I would’ve just made them at home. But everything else was okay

On 12/09/22 at 5pm the management and service were terrible. First the manager told me that I had to order through the app because their system was down. When I pulled back through the drive-thru to inform i had a mobile order, the manager told me I’d need to wait a few minutes before he could even discuss my order. When I inquired after 5 minutes if I could at least put in my mobile order so they could start working on it, he told me I still needed to wait. When I asked how much longer, he said he didn’t know because they had only two people working. And he did identify himself as a manager. Now I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes trying to get a refund through the app.

Went to McDonald's for a couple of bacon egg and cheese biscuits this am. After seeing the line I thought I would try Wendy's. There was no one in line. Now I see why. They were terrible.

I actually read reviews after my third bad experience. I kept thinking it was a fluke. Owner, management, or employees. Doesnt matter. All bad experiences and so disrespectful. I tend to emphasize with most people working in food services. But even after literally having your small bag of food thrown at you, and still saying thank you... and getting a turned back... yeah I got nothing. Will not be back and will tell anyone I care about dont waste your money. Used to be a nice place a few years back. Not a hater. Just a realist who works hard for my money too.

Issues with 90% of the orders. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to, And bad customer service doesn't help either. Done returning to this location.Updating many months later. Not much has changed. Unfriendly staff and not worth the wait
