Need to hire a whole new crew customer service sucks

Terrible! I walked in there at around 9:20pm on 07/08/2024 to get a meal and these people ignored me the whole time. Had me standing there like a fool. Plus get this they never acknowledged my presence. I left with no food. Even after calling out to the five people walking by. They will never get my money again and I'll tell everyone I know and my coworkers not to go there. The audacity of these people especially when there are so many options nearby. Don't waste ur time. Go somewhere that appreciates your money. Especially your black dollar.

I don’t understand. The workers here are the worst I’ve ever dealt with (for reference, I normally do not have a lot of rude or bad encounters with fast food workers because I used to be one of them! , they get my wrong order for the second time. I’m not surprised and I’m not in a rush I let them know it was supposed to be a hot coffee instead of an iced coffee. They looked at me like I was dumb, when I clearly ordered a hot coffee. They give me the coffee and I accept it with a smile because again.. it’s not a big deal to me. I’m not sure what the heck was in that cup of coffee but it’s not a French vanilla latte, it taste like expired milk and has the worst after taste. Place needs to be shut down, absolutely petty and disgusting over an order that the worker got wrong, in the first place. Life is never that serious that you have to mess around with the coffee I ingest. I was not rude or irritated with the workers in the slightest, but after I drove away and had a sip of the my “latte” … I would not recommend. Waste of $4

I’m sure the kids they there are working the standards they were taught (which I think is the minimum) and I’ve been to some bad, ratchet spots before but is one is the most unorganized McDonalds I’ve ever been too. The people that work there were not rude to me. They just didn’t to seems get what they were doing which is running a food establishment to the public. This place seem to have no supervisor or manager in place. I pass it all the time coming and going to work but never stop there because the fast food places are always with the lack of good service in the city. I got such a bad feeling while waiting 10 minute for my food that I already paid for, that I told them forget the order and refund and I’m just going to go. I DON’T want anyone to lose their job there because I think the people there got potential. They just need to be TRAINED better and need good leadership. McDonald’s CORP…..do the
