Woo's Teriyaki - Richland

This place is an absolute DISASTER! My husband and I walked in right as they opened, hoping for a decent meal. But from the moment we sat down, it was clear we'd made a mistake.The waitress, who I suspect is the owner, had the audacity to criticize us for ordering just one dish to start. She made snide remarks about it loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear, shaming us like we were some sort of cheapskates.Despite feeling humiliated, we decided to tough it out and wait for our food. Big mistake. When it finally arrived, it was ice cold and looked suspiciously unappetizing. I mean, who wants to risk FOOD POISONING from lukewarm rice, chilled chicken, and wilted salad?Fearing for our health, we paid and left without causing a scene, even though we were seething inside. And after reading about previous confrontations with customers, we knew better than to engage with the owner.Consider this a WARNING to anyone thinking about dining here: STEER CLEAR unless you want to be publicly shamed and served subpar, potentially unsafe food. We wouldn't wish this experience on our worst enemy!

The owner/manager is the rudest person I have encountered. We have been here many times in the past as we liked their food and past owners. Tonight the owner accused me of lying when I received an incorrect order. She came to the table, raised her voice at me several times. I will never return again. The food is not as good anymore anyway and no one should be talked to in that manner!!! The health department might need to visit as it's not as clean anymore either.

Woos has always been a ho to place for me, the food is great (5 star) However I will say the customer service could use a little help(1 star) even when not busy. Because of that I give this restaurant 3 stars. I would still highly recommend doing a to go order because the food is that good.Kid-friendliness: I would not say this place is kid friendly.

These excellent dishes taste native to South Korean cuisine. The service was fast and friendly. They offer a nice price for great food.

Love this establishment. We make a point to eat here when we are in town.
