Wingstop - Richland

The staff was非常 helpful in explaining the differences between the various wing sauce options for the boneless wings.

I found a bug in my fries, which was incredibly disappointing and disgusting! When my dad brought it up to the employee, he casually said, "Oh, that happens." I will never go back there again!

Wingstop is a total disappointment. They mixed up my order with someone else's, and I ended up having to throw away the sandwich they gave me. To make matters worse, they tried to place the blame elsewhere...

Went for the thighs. Nice change of pace from wings. The fried corn is really good (ask for less spice if you are wimpy like me), but the fries are so-so. Lots of sauce choices, and their soda machine really let's you customize your drink!

Would have gave 4 or 5 stars if they wouldn't have messed up our to go order which we didn't figure out till we got home. We ordered the 36 piece family meal with 12 parmesan and herb and 24 of their regular buffalo sauce. The buffalo were supposed to be extra done and the parmesan done regular. They did just the opposite. The parmesan ones tasted wierd the buffalo sausage was good but wings weren't cooked right. The fries had so much salt and herbs on them I almost choked. Completely inedible fries. I know this sounds like a bad review but I do like the place. When they get it right they are really good.
