Waffle House - Richland

I was very disappointed with the service and the atmosphere of the restaurant. There were 6 to 10 people in the early morning 8 October 2022. I arrived at 1:00. The waitress took my order about 5 to 6 minutes later. I ordered my ordinary Double Texas Cheesesteak with Double Hashbrowns and a water. I told the waitress I don't have a rush for dinner, but I'm thirsty. I got my cup of water 40 minutes later after 3x afterwards. The cook had a terrible attitude could hear that he cuddled under his breath all the time when I was over the customer and how much he hated his job constantly with the f-word. The waitress seemed very overwhelmed and she tried hard, but the cook burned food and cooking 1 order at a time from prep to absolutely no multi-tasking. Needless to say, I received my order ca. 78 minutes after I ordered it. It was okay, but I had a lot better cooked waffle house in the past. Hopefully, this gives an insight into how this store runs on the midnight shift.

The food was incredible, and the restaurant was immaculate. However, the service could have been more accommodating.

I've had great experiences at this Waffle House during my various visits. The last time I went was during peak breakfast hours when the place was packed. The waitress promptly took our order, and we were back on the road in just 10 minutes. Our meals were accurate and delicious. You really can't ask for more!

I’m giving this place a 1-star rating because the cook was kind enough to get me pickles, which was a small comfort after we felt neglected. Overall, I felt very uncomfortable during our visit, and I cannot see myself returning to this restaurant in the future.

One of the best services in Waffle House I've ever had. Service was great. Food fast and delicious. Good ambience too! Love it!
