Teahaus - Richland

I ordered two drinks from the website on Friday 11/18 shortly after noon. When I arrived to the building it was locked and closed with no sign or reason. My credit card was still charged. I have called the store, messaged on Facebook, and still no response when asking for a refund. $15 down the drain. What a waste.

Love the selection of drinks, super cute decor, I rated 3 star purely because it's a bit hit or miss. I always get a Tiger Tea and most of the time it's excellent but sometimes it's not the same taste at all and when I request a remake I get a ton of attitude and rudeness about it.

Cute decor, nice selection of drinks, good boba tea. The baristas are a bit inconsistent in drink assembly, everytime I order my drink it tastes a little different (sometimes great, sometimes average and lacking tea flavor). I highly recommend the Honey B.

I have never been, nor have I ever had Boba, and I got a drink on the house tonight. I loved it! I will be returning for more!

First and last time we’ll be going there. Baristas not friendly and the drinks are way too sweet.I think they use a base tea, maybe, and then use flavor mixes. A lot of artificial flavors and way to sweet for us.
