Sub Factory - Richland

I really enjoy this place because the food is fantastic and one-of-a-kind. Their grilled subs are incredible! The cold subs are the best I've had in the city. I don't mind the factory-themed decor, even if it means the restroom could use some improvement. My first experience at a sub shop was back in 1995 in Kennewick when I was a student at Kamiakin High School, and I used to walk over at lunchtime. The owners and location have changed over the years, but it's still the best sub shop in the Tri-Cities. I may not be a regular, but I absolutely love the food when I do visit. It's a local favorite for many, yet I feel like too many people are unaware of its existence.

I've never been particularly impressed by their subs over the years. However, a friend mentioned that the restaurant is under new ownership and encouraged me to try their tacos. Given that it’s a sub shop, I was surprised to find tacos on the menu, but I decided to give them a shot. I was not disappointed! These tacos are among the best I've ever had. The burritos are also definitely worth a try.

You can either customize your own sub or choose from a vast selection on their menu. Their prices and portion sizes are unmatched; they fill your sub to the brim with ingredients, leaving you completely satisfied. I highly recommend the Baja Chicken—it's one of their best subs!

Simply one of the best sub-sandwich shops round. First, the sandwiches are huge. The bread is made in the house and the meat is cooked to order (Except cold cut and bacon). There are a wide range of blows that are fresh, including avocado slices. Prices are slightly higher than subway, but instead You get more food here for your dollar.

I love the street tacos here, they have the best flavor! Customer service is our of this world!
