Welcomed at the door, Very friendly staff, casual and entertaining atmosphere. The lunch we had was delish All the foods we had were very tasty, not overpriced and comes without waiting long. Great view of the river!!!!

Tina and Kyle were absolutely great. Tina was fantastic. Since this was our first visit, we knew nothing about the menu. She took the time to tell us everything about the excellent food. We wouldn't have enjoyed each other anymore. I recommend the Ruben sandwich. My spouse had the salmon. The look at her face when she took the first bite made me a little jealous. She also enjoyed her cocktails very much. If you are in Richland for lunch, you cannot go wrong at RF McDougall. The view is magnificent, by the way.

Wonderful place. Excellent food. I had the salmon, it was from the world-yummy, the waitress (Tina) was excellent for the service she gave. Also (Kyle) was very friendly, you say he liked his job. The pub is clean, its employees are alive, smiling, great what they do. The remaining room was very clean, easily accessible. I'm back.

Love the patio! Brunch is awesome can’t beat $5 mimosas with a great river view!
