Pizza Hut - Richland

We had requested a contactless delivery as we would not be home when the order arrived. The delivery person left the order as requested, but did not leave the entire order or send a photo of the order in front of the house for verification. We had ordered a custom pizza, cinnamon sticks, cheese sticks, apple pie, extra icing, a Parmesan Romano cheese shaker, and a 2-liter bottle of Pepsi. When we checked the order after returning home a few minutes later, the cheese shaker and Pepsi were missing. Since it is not a densely populated area, we are certain that they were not stolen but simply not delivered.

How this place still makes me open. almost 2 hours waiting for pizza that was made cold and bad. the man closes it or acquires new management.

Order delivery online and the order should be $36, but my card was charged $43 and I got none of my drinks the cookie was hard. the driver was very nice, but not happy to load my card most important

To be honest, the crew at the location richland ms is phenomenal! friendly, faster service with the best pizzas!

We waited 3 hrs for a 2 stuffed crust pizzas. By the time we got them they were Luke warm at best like they had been sitting for 3 hrs and the crust tasted barely cooked. I called them twice and the only answer I got was we only had one driver and got told they had remade it before it left. It wasn't remade since it won't cool down to like warm going 5 min away.
