I normally love McAllister spuds and was excited to try the honey bbq pork spud Huge mistake first of all I don’t know if it was actual pork that I was served it looked like 60 day old liver. I will not return to this location. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Terrible service almost every time I go in to have dinner. I guess I’m a gluten for punishment. If you decide to eat here, be prepared to endure a staff that is clueless, stuck in LaLa land and not thinking. Next, you will deal with managers that are aggravated that you would actually come into their facility to sit down and eat a meal. Yelling and talking to the staff in a loud tone. Please for the love of everything in this world please go ahead and pass this Mcallisters up and head to the Pearl location. This one should just be shut down. I’ve had enough. To the owners: please install cameras with microphones. Listen , watch, and make changes starting with management. The only one that actually cared to ask to help us get our food to us was Sebastian. Ordered a Pecan Berry Salad on the app for lunch today. By the time I arrived it was ready and waiting. AND IT WAS DELICIOUS! Perfectly prepared even with my modifications. Great food. Every time. First. .. A staff with long dark burgundy hair was fussing at two younger cashier’s in front of customers (odd behavior) I waited an additional 25 mins for an order I placed online. I received one of my food items cold as ice (rotel dip) I’m guessing they just took it out of the refrigerator and put it in the bag. I told the staff with short black curly hair (she was very kind) and she immediately had it fix. I heard the lady with the long burgundy hair (I’m guessing the shift leader) say “here it ain’t cold now” SUPER LOUD to her (rude rude rude) Everyone in there were frustrated and mad waiting on their food.
