Fujiyama Japanese Steakhouse In Richland

I had an amazing time on Wednesday, October 25, celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday. Chef Jose (Essoj) was incredible! He was not only a fantastic cook but also a wonderful entertainer. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special dinner!

These are hands down the best scallops I've ever had—far superior to Anthony's, where I had to send my overcooked scallops back twice before reluctantly eating them. Here, everything was perfect, especially the roasted rice, which was the best I've ever tasted. The atmosphere is fantastic, making for a truly wonderful birthday dinner!

Last night, my husband and I celebrated our 14th anniversary. Since Fujiyama is my favorite restaurant, he made reservations for us. Our server was very friendly, and the chef was a lot of fun. It was, as always, a delightful experience!

I love it here for the first time yesterday there was a night to never forget with good friends and family with the best food in Richland hands down!
