Mcdonald's - Richland Hills

Ordered online had to wait a bit for our order it was 11:15am were not busy at all

I stopped here on my way back from Dallas. The location is difficult to get to and surrounded by construction and a sketchy gas station. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter (4 nuggets, double fries, and root beer. I was overcharged and received 4 nuggets, apple slices, and a frozen blue drink. They ended up correcting the order but I was not reimbursed the over charge for the frozen drink that I did not order.

The boy who brought the food to my table is stupid. I asked him for ketchup and he never brought it because he was busy with other children. I had to stop and go get it myself. Besides, the burger is the smallest in the world. I asked for a double one and It fit in my entire mouth. It didn 't come with any tomato or lettuce or anything. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO MAC DONALS.

The atmosphere is very good quality, with kiosks to order, and cashiers to order as well. The cooks are attentive, the waitresses are attentive and they are very nice and kind and very pleasant. There is no playground for children but the establishment is very modern. A nice place if you want to come to socialize or do business with a client.Kid-friendliness: There is no playground, but it is a simple and friendly space

I eat at McDonald's three times a week minimum. Since covid not once has my order been correct. Not once, in four years. I have received food I didn't order. I have received burgers with no meat. I have not gotten food I ordered. You name it, it's happened. This McDonalds surprised me. I wasn't expecting to not have to send my order back in the window. Maybe they broke the curse.
