Contribuiți la feedbackThe personal was great! the fastest ride thru in the twin cities. my daughter and I were on our bike and weak with starving. we drove to the window and they let us order and gave us our food in less than 2 minutes! my daughter dropped her limonade and they filled her twice again! eat hot and fresh!
The customer service was fast. the self-service area had müll on the counters and the fountain dispenser was extremely dirty with over spilled drinks.
The experiences of wendy are a model of the efficiency of the individual with the complexities of the system. at the arrival without line the cash was ready and waited. his patient with my five-year-old ordering her own meal was admirable. he was attentive and to the point. not friendly but not unpleasant. a good start in the visit and a proposal for a timely preparation and distribution of our ordered items. the slightly worked faces of the other two parties waiting for their food order, but suggested a longer waiting period, was probably in the camp. both parties wore the same look as the slightly exhausted workers who after a long day drive their three mile to home, but who had been stopped due to an unaware accident in non-hour traffic. they still showed a geduld and perhaps even a non-verbal display of empathy, which seemed almost endured. that waited and grew. the workers were fast to refill the beverages of the waiting moss that could not find their own tas because of the broken 14,000-in-1 soda machine in the es pane. this seemed another triumph of the individual worker, on and the understanding of the paved customers slowly drained from the extensive waiting for further wendys prediction. from behind there was a feeling of confusion. the nine employees worked all diligently on the common goal to delete the line and provide the quality service that dave thomas expected from them all, but, like a meeting of amazing soloists who never learned to play in concert, their individual efforts in vain to an unrecognizable cog that kept the machine from full function. was it the broken soda machine? the imbalance of a long auto-thru line with a near empty lobby? Maybe just a false cripple of frosty mix that created a lasting misstep, how rippel that spread from a stone into a pond. the true reason can never be known that the thirty minutes wait behind what ended really delicious food, but this time it seems the inefficiency of the system was simply too much for the effort of the individual to overcome.
I changed this from 1 to 3 stars because, although I $12 for a escape I didn't want, paid, the burger was tasty and pommes and frosty were also delicious. only really disappointed that I didn't get the burger I ordered. I was ready to use these 5 stars because of the fast service and how neat my burger was wrapped, but I ordered one single no cheese, with salat, tomato, pickles, wobble, a medium frit and a strawberry frosty. fry and frosty were good, but I only have a double with cheese! I don't go back to correct. I wanted to call, but that phone rings and hangs on you.
Had chili and the beans were even cooked and were hard as a rock got sick and threw it all back up. Thanks for that not! Won't be returning there for a while..
