Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Richfield

The food was good, but the service was questionable, I had to repeat myself on the drive-thru because the music in the background was so loud that it was hard for the employee to hear me. I suggest they turn off the music, but she fell on deaf.

The food is fun and the staff at this location are nice but I don't get the whole dinning room still closed. I think that's why they are slow and food is nor always ready especially at key times. 6pm on a Tuesday and I have to pull around the building and wait 3 mins for my order is rather inconceivable. How can you not be ready at dinner time?

Service was strange, the person taking the order kept repeating himself and was tough to follow what he was saying. The chicken was good, not as warm as I'd have liked. Mash potatoes and gravy tasted fine and the biscuit was good.

Charged $3.79 for a regular coleslaw, which is about 4oz. Thats insane as the avg. Price on the website is $1.79. The coleslaw was also tasteless.

Bathroom never works never have Cajun sparkles, they chicken sandwich be dry they stingy with the sauce on the sandwich , but would expect that with Minnesota ppl and there food. The workers are just weird.
