My Burger - Richfield

I had two burgers with fries and a really delicious caramel shake.

My friend and I have dined here multiple times, and we've found it to be a convenient and reasonably good option. However, I was taken aback when I ordered a side of sweet potatoes and discovered it cost an additional $4.95, not included with the burger price. This was not clearly indicated on the menu. When we brought this to the manager's attention after receiving our food, he was unfriendly and unwilling to consider any price adjustment. As a result, my decision moving forward is to not return. The menu needs to be clearer, and the management handled the situation poorly.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and it's an excellent spot for a quick meal! I had one of the best burgers I've ever tasted, accompanied by perfectly cooked shoestring French fries.

Was 5 stars when I first tried years ago. It’s gone down hill since. I’d go as far as saying my burger was terrible today. I’m leaving 3 stars because of how good it had been in the past. Won’t be back any time soon after today
