I was paying cash and sat at the counter for at least 5 minutes without one person looking at me or saying a word. A male employee finally looked at me and walked right past me. I had to ask for help and then 2 employees debated who will help me. For all the self-service options provided, there should be a focus on where customers need help still. Want a nice experience for a company who should teach their small town employees to provide better customer experiences.
They are rude, and not pay attention to the customer. Even the manager is ignoring you
The service is noticeably different very happy team
Ordered on mobile app and it took 30 min. to get my food after showing up. It was only after asking multiple times when is my food going to be ready that they even started making it. Then when I got out to my car they still forgot some of my order and I had to walk back in to get it.
ALWAYS check your bag to make sure your order is right! Make sure you got right sauce and right amount. Usually good fries, make sure they fresh. I live here, I know!!
