Caribou Coffee - Richfield

This Caribou is inside the Beat Buy complex. I was here for an event so decided to try my usual hot latte. Staff was wonderful, especially as things were busy given the event attendees. I grabbed by coffee to go so I could attend the sessions. Great coffee and customer service.

This place is faster then any other stores as usual I love this

The worst place, very unprofessional employees. Today I went there to get coffee but this lady blows her nose and her hands were unclean, I asked her to wash her hands but she refuse to do so and she gave me the coffee and I couldn’t drink it. I think the lady’s name was rose skinny lady but not sure. The time was around 2:40pm Friday 1-10-2020. Please be careful going there.

It's not often that you hear someone rave about Caribou, but here we go! The baristas at this location are AMAZING! I can't imagine starting my day without stopping by to get my morning fix of caffeine and conversation. I always walk away with a smile on my face and a carefully crafted beverage.

To clarify, this is the Caribou INSIDE of Best Buy HQ. The employees can work through a long line like public locations can't. The baristas like to have a good time and the drinks are always consistent as far as taste goes (I find other locations have a problem with this ... how can a vanilla latte taste different from one day to the next?! If you're visiting BBY HQ, they have a cute little window in the visitor lobby that you can order from.
