Cafe Zupas Edina - Richfield

The wait times at this restaurant are terrible. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my sandwich on Monday, July 15, 2022, at 11:30 am.

This restaurant offers a wide selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts. Every meal includes a chocolate-covered strawberry and a roll, which is a nice touch. We particularly enjoy the drink bar.

The staff was attentive and friendly. We tried both the clam chowder and the wild rice soup, but unfortunately, they were quite bland. On the bright side, we indulged in two desserts that I thought were fantastic. The restaurant was busy, yet clean. The salads looked amazing, although I didn't order one this time.

The food was tasty, but I found the lunch prices a bit high for just a small soup and sandwich. On the bright side, they enhanced the experience by surprising each guest with a chocolate-dipped strawberry.

This is an excellent place for soup, salad, and sandwiches. While everyone has their personal favorites, my top pick is the Nuts About Berries salad. For sandwiches, I usually opt for either the brisket or the pulled pork. When it comes to soup, the cauliflower bisque is consistently a great option, but the lobster bisque is a delightful alternative every now and then.
