Say they close at 9, got to the store at 8:30 and they were closed already. Need to update store hrs.

Order a bunch of subs for our office solar eclipse watching party. There were none left! Jersey Mike's is an office favorite.

Has to be the slowest and worst customer service jersey mikes shop tbh at i been to.They got my order wrong and refused to edit it because the sandwich was made even though i was willing pay the difference for the wrong sandwich which was by the way 60 cents difference.

So so slow. This is the slowest sandwich shop in town. This is now my third order using their app where it takes at least 30 45 minutes for the order to be ready. The app said the food would be ready today at 11:29a. It’s now 11:45a and they haven’t yet started my order. As other people come in asking for orders, they prioritize them over others. It’s very inefficient and chaotic.And an update after 40 minutes the entire order was WRONG! But this wasn’t the restaurants issue the mobile app did not provide the custom sandwich instructions. There’s something really wrong between the app and this restaurant.I’ll stay a Jersey Mike customer but I’m never returning to this location.
