I placed my order online an hour before it was ready. Myself and multiple other customers waited in line 20 minutes before a staff member spoke to us. The staff seem very overwhelmed during the lunch hour by the amount of guests dining in and getting to go orders. The business needs to streamline the way they fill orders and provide some additional training to the staff. It should be standard practice to greet guests that are waiting, even by saying “we will be right with you”. The business may reconsider accepting online orders for the time being as staff seem to struggle with multi tasking between customers picking up and ordering in line.

They will be preparing catering orders but they have never prioritized me as the customers inside their restaurant. It will be several minutes before you are acknowledged, and even longer until they take your order. Another several minutes after they finally took my order (protein tacos), they told me they didn’t have the ingredients. They offered to sub but said they wouldn’t charge me for my order I assumed for the inconvenience and the fact it wasn’t a menu item. However they ended up charging me anyway. I hope you’re not on a break because you’ll probably be late before you actually get your food. If it’s what you ordered at all. Food is just ok.

Regina is an absolute ray of sunshine! She’s the reason I come back! 10/10 the food is delicious!

Frustrated that their phones do Not work. I ordered through Uber eats and received a different item than what I ordered. I tried calling many times to quickly correct the order to see if the driver could go back and pick up what I actually wanted but the phones go straight to a full voicemail box and hangup. Please have your staff read carefully on orders. A peanut butter crunch açaí bowl is not the same as peanut butter bites…

If I could give 0 stars I would. WASTE OF $35! We decided to order two salads and instead got bowls of JUST LETTUCE! No protein…no toppings and nothing like the pictures online.I didn’t know you could mess up a salad…..I am extremely disappointed. I will not be ordering here again.
