Drag's Roman Lounge - Rice Lake

I like their sauce and thin crust on pizzas. Thai pizza is nice. I usually get their taco pizza, which is good, but was in the mood for peanut sauce and cheese in thin crust.

Please update negative salad review: The Italian Salad (although enormous), is now one of my favorites! Instead of shredded cheddar cheese and black olives on the side salad (not a fan of this version), they put green olives, mozzarella strips, sliced pepperoni, sliced tomatoes and olives on this salad for 4 and serve it with the BEST homemade Italian dressing (more vinegar than oil) and it's amazing! A friend filled me in. Now I tell everyone and order it every time!

Pizza is spot on for you take out types. You party types need to visit the secret back chamber where the old and young galivant around in various stages of nudity, sucking wine straight from the vine. This is where us seniors do our partying without the prying eyes of youth or out of towners. I've said too much and violated the first rule of the Roman Lounge. By the way, the bar maidens are old, hot and salty. If you can't take it, don't bother. Ironically, the fish sandwich, cole slaw and fries were just what the fisherman ordered. To sum up, food and drink served in back, children and nerds not welcome, cod pieces recommended and don't bother if you're not a member of AARP.

I've visited this restaurant four times, as it seems to be a favorite among locals. However, every dish I've sampled has been just average. The staff has consistently been unfriendly and not very helpful. It appears that locals receive better service than visitors. I've often waited 20 to 30 minutes at my table just to place an order. The atmosphere feels dated and somewhat dull, reminiscent of the 1970s.

Nostalgia! This restaurant takes me back to the pizza place in my hometown. The retro decor, delightful aroma, and thin-crust pizza cut into squares really bring back memories. I was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free crust, which strikes the perfect balance between chewy and crispy. The bar in the back has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this spot, especially if you're looking to indulge in some nostalgic pizza!
