Showed up 3 hours before appointment and they gave me a door 30 min after appointment. Been sitting here 3 hours and still waiting.Btw if you’re late they will make you pay late fee, seams like them being late and taking their time to unload doesn’t matter. This place is a joke. Only positive part is that the lady at the check in it’s polite.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the quickest like most people. My appointment was at 8am arrived at 7:30am left at 11:15. Rest area on us 10 near by and several areas on 94 around 30min out. No overnight parking. You can probably park on the outside didn’t see no one there when I arrived not sure what time they open. Staff was friendly others did get unloaded very fast bc I saw them coming in and out. I had a load of tortillas.

First time here as of this review. Good first experience. Large lot, easy to maneuver your truck into a door. There’s Parking stalls to wait for a door. Though no overnight. Was told you could arrive two hours before appointment time. Bathrooms and porta potties on site Arrived 0700 for a 0800 pick-up. Checked me in and got me a door. Loaded 12 pallets and finished writing up the paperwork in about 50min.

0900 appointment, arrived at 0745, was loaded and leaving at 0900. Nice people, loaded quickly, great job!!! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
