Nice hotel from the outside Went on 2/1/24 for a two night stay.. We arrived and immediately noticed that the waste bin had not been thrown away, leaving waste from previous visitors in the bin We were incredibly hot during the night and the reception told us that we need to open the windows to get less heat... okay, let's leave it to that, I don't want to say anything else Rooms: 1

I 'm sorry but I had a very unpleasant experience when I entered the room and there was still rubbish from the previous stay in the bins, they told me after 15 minutes of calling that it was an oversight (my fault for not leaving immediately). They don 't even check to see if there 's anything else wrong, nor do they apologize. In the room , a microscopic attic, there was an absurd heat, the air was so dry that my asthmatic daughter spent a night coughing, because the answer to what can be done to reduce the heat was to open and close the windows a little... we 're talking about a 4-star hotel. The following day we decide to leave explaining the inconveniences of the stay, again there were no apologies nor any kind of concern they made us pay the entire stay and the tourist taxes even for the day we didn 't sleep. No kind of humanity. For me it 's NO.

It was a very pleasant experience. Hotel is located very close to Via Cecarini and the sea. Very nice, well-kept hotel, with large garden and 2 swimming pools, one of which with carding water and a hydromassage. The staff was very kind and attentive to any guest request. The Spa is very welcoming and beautiful. We were happy to discover this hotel and I think we will return. Rooms: 5

Very welcoming, clean, elegant hotel. Very kind staff. Rich breakfast buffet for all tastes. There is a swimming pool in the garden. There are bicycles available to customers. It is close to the train station and very convenient for walking around the city. A 10 minute walk from the beach. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet

Very conveniently located near the station and main centres of Ricchione. Very friendly staff, esp Lorenzo at reception and Ina at breakfast. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and the grounds are kept beautifully and a nice swimming pool, though not heated. Breakfast was one of the best i have had abroad, loads of choice and excellent quality. As you are near the station you can hear the trains and announcements when outside but at night you don't here them at all. we had a lovely stay and would definitely go back.
