When I ordered soup, the server asked if I wanted it hot. I ordered a dürüm, but it was as hard as a toast. I wanted to complain about the food, and the woman argued with me that it was supposed to be like that. I knew it couldn’t be as hard as concrete. The staff didn’t want to refund my money. When I asked to speak to the manager, she finally called him, and I got my money back. I paid for a baklava and had to remind her to give it to me. I’m sorry to say this, but I will never go back there again.

This restaurant serves the best kebabs in the city, and their sauces and chili are absolutely top-notch. The food, service, and atmosphere are all rated a perfect 5.
