Simply excellent food. Most places closed on Monday night. Very few restraunts in the area. Fish stew is a must! OMG must have the Queijadas de Queijo Fresco for dessert.

The menu wasn't big and I had no clue how fish soup was here. I have to say me and my boyfriend loved the fish soup so much that we had to write it here. And good price too!

A great restaurant! Traditional dishes full of flavors, with fish and local products. Vegetarian option. For once, the portions are perfect (and not huge like in most restaurants here) and the dishes are healthy. I recommend 100%! This restaurant close to nearby tea plantations is not to be missed the fish stew is justifiably lauded. After many wonderful meals in the Azores, I think this was my absolute favorite. The flavors of the soup were delicate and so refreshing. Service was polite and attentive. Wish this kind of cuisine was available back home but then there'd be no reason to travel. The house white wine was also delicious.

Hands down, the best sopa de peixe fish soup) I’ve ever had! Totally worth the trip of the beaten path!!!
