Always attentive cuisine in this family-run trattoria. To choose well just be advised by the owner, the wife in the kitchen does the rest, very well.

I stopped for a lunch in this place for a quick lunch, the kitchen is absolutely familiar and the rustic environment, we ate bruschette to the ham, not required but brought by owner, two dishes of carbonara, a cotoletta and fries fritte, two coffee, two bitters, 1/4 of red wine of the house, 1 bottle of water. The owner offered my son an ice cream that was frozen and frozen. I forgot while we were in cash the owner offered an octet to my son and a second bitter to the undersigned. In the end the account was 60€ which I think absolutely excessive considering the number and quality of the courses consumed, unfortunately this time I did not follow the rule not to eat in places where the menu is missing and there are no prices exposed. Unfortunately negative experience

On the hills of Riano, in Frazione Belvedere there is this anonymous family-run bar/tractor. Local where there are also several Vip to enjoy the kitchen of the owner's wife. I ate an appetizer of sausage and croutons of bread and oil delicious as they can do in that part of roma . then first a very good carbonara. Environment years 70 where time seems to have stopped.
