Excellent customer service! There's a wonderful variety of ice cream, and I absolutely love it!

I had scheduled my order for a later pickup time, but unfortunately, that time no longer worked for me. I called to see if I could pick up the cake earlier, and I was very happy that they were able to accommodate my request. The cake turned out delicious, and picking up my order was a smooth process.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, but I've never experienced such poor customer service as I did today from Desiree. She actually rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a bag and spoons for my order, and her body language was disrespectful from the start. I will definitely be speaking to a manager to explain what happened; they need to provide better training for their employees on customer service. Additionally, I noticed that the staff aren't even wearing hairnets, which I believe is a health department violation.

Very rude employees. Walked in and none of the two employees acknowledge us, I said HELLO and they just ignored me. Took them a while to ask if I was ready to order. Seemed like they were bothered by us. Been to other Baskin Robbins locations and ever have I experienced such a bad vibe from employees, management needs to train these girls. From the 4 items we ordered 2 of the waffle cone were hard as a rock, couldn?t even eat it. Waste of money. Whoever is in charge of this location please train your employees on customer service. There was no name tags on the girls on the receipt it says Khalil but it was two Hispanic girls. Will try to contact corporate to resolve this issue because I doubt there?s even a manager on site.

I love coming to this baskin robbins. I just want to give a shout out to Karla. Everytime I go to the store she's always helpful and friendly.
