Tesco Cafe - Rhondda Cynon Taf

Ordered poached egg on toast and was told that there was a 20 min wait. Numerous people arrived after me and were served. After 45 mins I asked where my lunch was and was told that poached eggs take a long time to cook. Immediately my lunch arrived they had obviously forgotten about me. Not worth waiting for.

I used to be a regular customer with my daughter but won't be returning after our last visit. Extremely over priced for the portion size. I'll be going else where in future.

Every single time we go to this coffee shop the staff go to great pains to shout ‘30 minute wait on food’. Wouldn’t mind but you get told by at least 3 different people on repeat. Even when there is hardly nobody in there! Advice: stick a sign up and stop going on and on about it! It makes you feel very unwelcome and the staff come across as very reluctant to do their job.

Me and my partner always go to the cafe when we go shopping and have never had a bad visit. Staff, food and drinks are always top notch and I especially enjoy the loaded fries.

Cold hard bacon cold hash browns luke warm ssusage in other words stay away diabolical food very poor service
