Kfc - Rhondda Cynon Taf

This place is a disaster, around 3 girls serving at drive through window and only 1 at front counter.. Long wait in a short queue and when we received ouf food we had 1 meal that was OK and the other had hardly any popcorn chicken or chips in. Took it back and had bit of attitude off the young chubby girl who stamped her feet and walked away.. I can see why they work in KFC. Management needs to get it sorted.

Every now and again I will call back into KFC Aberdare because on every occasion I 've had a bad order but give the benefit of doubt and try and tonight was no exception. I ordered a twister wrap meal, the chips tasted like they 'd been deep fried in butter but bearable with plenty of salt. The wrap had the most ridiculous amount of salad . I took the wrap back and told them it was unacceptable and the young girl who was polite took the wrap around the back. Another staff worker came to speak with me and asked what was wrong with it, if she had checked it herself surely she could see it was unacceptable to have been served what I had, so again I told her it had no salad and was not what is advertised in the photo. She also went to the back, 4 people stood over the wrap whispering away. They came back with the exact same wrap just more red cabbage and beetroot which was the only apparent salad in it to begin with. I gave up and threw the wrap I the bin. A complete waste of money, I won 't be giving the benefit of the doubt any longer.

Worst KFC ever, only visit here for wrap for my boy as so close, even he says wraps are nicer other KFCs. Thought we would try again but it's got worse, feel sick after eating it. How can it taste different to other KFCs. Same old, missing items, cold food,, dry greasy chicken,, customer service non existant. Really needs new management, or better training. Shocking,,will honestly never eat here again,,and can't belive people still buy here

12 cold chips in the bag fillet burger looked like it had been thrown together why is this kfc so bad ????

Worst KFC visit ever. 25 minute wait with staff ‘all over the place’ and getting in each other’s way. Priority being given to Deliveroo, Click and Collect and Drive Through. As we were there a number of customers were returning incorrect orders. Staff were rude and actually called out mockingly as we left. Go elsewhere.
