This time, had two slices of home made Victoria sponge and jam and cream ...and was asked if I wanted more cream with it ! Delicous ! A lovely warm welcome on a dank cold miserable January day.

Afternoon tea for Colin's birthday, excellent presentation of a choice of savories, cakes and trifle all made in house, even enjoyed the non alcho wine ! Lovely atmosphere and attentive service, only small cafe but more than makes up with the quality of fare available. Well recommended

We called in close to the end of the day. There had just been an afternoon tea party there but the owner was willing to cook something fresh for us. I ate the Corned Beef pie with Saute potatoes. Absolutely delicious. The owner and her daughter explained that all the food is made fresh. My wife had a lasagne which was also tasty. All good value with the total bill including soft drinks coming in at less than £12. Great find

We received a warm welcome at this restaurant, enjoyed delicious custard slices, and had mugs of tea and cold drinks for two people for just a little over five pounds. The value cannot be beaten and we consider it a great discovery in Treherbert. We will definitely return!
