The Cookery - RHINELANDER

The first time here. What a sweet little diner. We enjoyed our breakfast. I had Corn beef hashash and eggs. Hubby had Grandpa's plates. Definitely will be back soon.

Excessive expectations! We went for Friday Fish Fry and were not disappointed. The beer-batter-Kid was perfectly cooked and the portion was three good pieces, plus Coleslaw, brown bread and a large potato pancake. We started with a cup of New England Clam Chowder that was full of shells. Everything was served hot and with little delay. We were too crowded to try the cherry cake for dessert. I never went to Lauras, but it looked like the interior was completely renovated and was very clean and attractive. But it's a diner, not a dinner club. If you're in the area, this is a place to put on your list.

This morning brealfast. Great breakfast. Your hash browns are the best.

Enormous, delicious pancakes. Eggs cooked for perfection. Friendly, efficient staff. My coffee cup was always full. I recommend this restaurant!

Wonderful diner, great food. Open both summer and winter...my husband snowmobiles up here then. Highly recommend!
