Peking Chinese - RHINELANDER

The best I've had in a very long time! Made to my liking, served hot and fresh. I love neighborhood Chinese restaurants but over the last 10 years many make their food like fast food. Peking makes quality food at a fair price.

Love everything on their menu...traveled 60 miles one way

Very popular restaurant with locals. Excellent food at reasonable price. Large serving size. Immediate seating typically available although it can get crowded during peak dining hours. Check hours! They open for lunch 11AM 2PM, then close and reopen for dinner 5 9PM. Not open on Sundays. Very small parking lot in front of restaurant but there's additional parking in the back. It's located on the main business road and very little space in front of the restaurant so can be difficult to get in and out of parking area. You cannot add a tip onto bill if you pay with debit/credit card.

This used to be my favorite place to go but prices have gone up a lot and quality has went down. For instance, General Tso’s used to be big pieces of chicken breast with a crunchy crust, lots of broccoli, and a thick sauce. Now it’s small pieces of chicken that are low quality like a buffet, just a 3-4 small pieces of broccoli, and watery sauce. Very disappointed with this place now.
