Sunflower Natural Foods - Rhinebeck

This restaurant offers a good selection of organic and other food products, as well as prepared foods like packaged salads. They still sell some products in bulk, but items like spices, beans, and grains are now pre-packaged. Reminiscent of Rheinbeck Natural Foods, this store is a pleasant, cozy spot. During my recent visit, I found a variety of grab-and-go options, including vegan choices like hummus wraps and salads. The two Sunflower stores (one here and another in Woodstock) offer a membership program where customers can earn discounts through their purchases. Overall, this is a great place to find ingredients for healthy, plant-based cooking!

Full scale, normal health food store is under new owner management of sunflower from woodstock. it has a caffe inside, so they can swallow healthier juices or fruity smoothies while shopping. well lit, very clean, with helpful staff. the business and caffe sell several meat items, but have mainly vegetarian and vegan choices. I enjoy shopping here!

This small restaurant offers a wide variety of options. While the prices may seem a bit high, the quality of the food is excellent. Unfortunately, the café was closed when my wife and I visited on a Sunday. We were still able to find some prepackaged items, including a delicious vegan dish, as well as meat options.
